Honda has been bitten by the recall bug that has plagued Toyota in recent months.
Today Honda issued a voluntary recall for 344,000 Honda Odyssey minivans, and 68,000 Honda Element vehicles from the 2007 and 2008 model year. The recall is due to a soft brake pedal requiring extra effort to stop the vehicles. While this recall seems precautionary, any brake performance issue is a safety concern.Read more on Honda recalls Odyssey and Element for brake pedal fade…

I haven’t been pulled over in over 20 years.
Today, returning from Annapolis, driving 70 in a 55 through Calvert County, and ZAP! I actually have an Escort Passport 8500 X50 with Blue LED’s that I never use because I rarely exceed 60MPH. Well today was the exception I guess. Not paying attention to my speed going downhill. But the Trooper was very nice, and professional and I asked if he could cut me a warning. He did. So, Thank you MSP! I still will leave my radar detector in the glovebox most of the time and go back to my geezer style of driving!
Cheers to law enforcement for keeping us safe!
